They told me I needed to wear bandaids for two weeks in order for it to settle and it will rest into the skin overtime. He passed off that my skin was torn and that it could be the wrong size, placed a bandaid over it and sent me on my way. Although he did mention they only had one size post, and it could be too long for some spots. It immediately looked like it was protruding, but he said it looked fine to him, and it was covered in blood so I assumed I was just not seeing it right. He dropped the jewelry again, but picked that same one back up and proceeded to try a third time. He did grab a new piece of jewelry saying he would need a new sanitized piece anyway, tried again, and once again he slipped out of place and tore my skin apart even more. Now I'm not sure what happened here, but his hand or the clamp slipped upward and made a small but hardly noticeable tear in my skin and he lost the jewelry. Boss man disagreed, though, and insisted on taking it out and re-positioning the jewelry so that it would appear more flushed. I looked down at my chest and saw that it looked to be sitting pretty flushed and comfortably (but what do I know?). Anyway, after some coaching from his boss, he completed the dermal. He was being watched by his boss, Steven, who I'd like to mention has pierced myself and my sister about 8 years before. I know the piercer personally and, fully knowing the situation, would not have been upset if he messed it up at all, however personally wouldn't go to Euphoria under normal circumstances. January 30th I went into the Vancouver Mall Euphoria to be a body for a piercer - for a chest dermal. I have gotten a tattoo before there so this was very disappointing to know this is the new face of the company. I get things happen but the way these two handed this was terrible. As we were clearly upset they didn't care, didn't do anything to make it right. As someone who is in sales with over 15 years of management experience, I can say these two have the least empathy and customer service skills I have ever witnessed. I said I was never told that and in fact was told multiple times they don't take appointments. Totally bummed and confused, I asked so do people walk in and make an appt then come back later that day? Autumn said sorry Christine is new at the front desk and they do take appts if we held it with a card. Christine grabbed my phone to show the tattoo artist who said the best they can do is call me if they can fit me in. We said we called this morning it's a very important day and would just like a small hummingbird tattoo.

A few hours later, my boyfriend I went in, I was so excited to finally memorialize her! Walked in and was told they are full and can't get me in. I asked again, can I make an appointment? I was told they can't take appointments. I spoke to Christine who told me they expect to be very slow and just to stop by anytime. I have been holding onto a hummingbird I've wanted to get done on this day for over 11 months! This morning I called to make an appt for a tattoo. today is Memorial Day and is also the 1 year of my Grandmothers passing. NO appointments are allowed this day and it is first come, first served.1 star because I can't give it a 0- this is the first review I have ever left! It was the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced.Credit/debit cards are welcome but there is a 3% fee, we also accept Cash and Cash App with no fees.

Note that only piercings that is written on release forms will be allowed for that minor.

For minors(piercings only): parents or legal guardians(with proper documentation) are welcome to come on any day prior to Friday 13th to fill out release forms and minors can come the day of with proof of id (ex: government id, school id, or birth certificate).

As always, there are NO refunds and all sales are FINAL.
